A building permit has been secured for this 180,000 square foot, 7-story hotel, condominium and spa complex located on the Thea Foss Waterway near Tacoma's famed Musuem of Glass.  The project includes 90 guestrooms and luxury suites and 26 private residential units.  A full service spa offers an outdoor swimming pool, therapy pools, massage and treatment rooms, exercise classrooms, and mens and womens locker rooms.
