The new Seattle headquarters building for lighting manufacturer Resolute USA located near Boeing Field is designed to achieve LEED Platinum status.  The project utilizes green walls and roof, natural ventilation, natural and energy-efficient lighting, a trombe wall, and solar panel produced electricity.  Raised planting beds on the roof provide fresh vegetables for staff lunches.
