Transformation of this 1920's warehouse/industrial building was phased over several years to create 40,000 SF of loft-style offices, showrooms and light manufacturing spaces.

Murphy Varey provided feasibility studies, architecture, interior design, construction administration, leasing and on-site building management until the property was sold to Cornish College of the Arts.
